MLCCs for Telecommunication Equipment

TAIYO YUDEN MLCCs for Telecommunication Equipment include high dielectric type MBAS, high-frequency low-loss MBAR, soft-termination MBJC, and low ESL MBRL capacitors. The MBAS series offers a 0.01pF to 100µF capacitance range, a 630V_DC maximum voltage rating, and various dielectric options. MBAR MLCCs offer high-frequency and low loss and are available in various packages, including 0402, 0603, and 0805. Soft-termination MBJC capacitors offer a 1000pF to 47µF capacitance range, 6.3V_DC to 630V_DC voltage range, and X7R and X7S dielectric options. The MBRL series consists of LW reversal decoupling low ESL capacitors available with X5R, X6S, X7R, and X7S dielectric options. These TAIYO YUDEN capacitors are suitable for various telecommunication applications, including base stations, optical transceivers, and uninterruptible power supplies.
