MC74HCT244A Buffers/Line Drivers

onsemi MC74HCT244A Buffers/Line Drivers are high-performance silicon-gate CMOS devices that feature an octal 3-state non-inverting buffer/line driver/line receiver and  TTL Level. These devices' inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or TTL outputs. The MC74HCT244A drivers can be used as a level converter for interfacing TTL or NMOS outputs to high-speed CMOS inputs. These drivers operate at 1µA low input current and a 4.5V to 5.5V VCC DC supply voltage range. The MC74HCT244A drivers are Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
