Skyworks Solutions Si873x Digital Isolators are pin-compatible, single-channel, drop-in replacements for popular optocouplers with data rates up to 15Mbps. These devices isolate high-speed digital signals and offer advantages of performance, reliability, and flexibility. The Si873x isolators are based on CMOS isolation technology for low-power and high-speed operation. These digital isolators provide longer service life and dramatically high reliability compared to optocouplers.
