Texas Instruments DRV8837C Low-Voltage H-Bridge Drivers
Texas Instruments DRV8837C Low-Voltage H-Bridge Drivers provide an integrated motor driver solution for various applications. These include cameras, consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. This device can drive one DC motor or other devices like solenoids. The output driver block consists of N-channel power MOSFETs that are configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor winding. An internal charge pump generates the needed gate drive voltages. The DRV8837C can supply up to 1A of output current. The device operates on a motor power supply voltage from 0 to 11V. The control logic can operate on 1.8V to 5V rails. The Texas Instruments DRV8837C includes a PWM (IN/IN) input interface. Internal shutdown functions are provided for overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, under-voltage lockout, and over-temperature.Features
