Automotive ESD Suppressors / TVS Diodes

Diodes Incorporated Automotive ESD Suppressors / TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101-qualified diodes that protect sensitive devices from damage due to ESD. These TVS diodes combine small size and high ESD surge capability. The ESD suppressors / TVS diodes are PPAP capable and are manufactured in IATF 16949-certified facilities. These TVS diodes feature single-channel ESD protection and are typically used at high-speed ports such as USB 2.0, IEEE 1394, serial ATA, DVI™, HDMI™, and PCI.
