23AA02M/23LCV02M 2Mb SPI/SDI/SQI SRAMs

Microchip Technology 23AA02M and 23LCV02M 2Mb SPI/SDI/SQI SRAMs are random-access memory devices accessible via a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatibleserial bus. The SRAMs feature a 2048K-bit low power and single voltage read/write operations. The devices support a Serial Dual Interface (SDI) and a Serial Quad Interface (SQI) for faster data rates and a 143MHz high-speed clock frequency. The SRAM provides a built-in Error Correction Code (ECC) logic, which ensures high reliability.
