FPF2188L Surge & Over-Voltage Protection Switch

onsemi FPF2188L Surge and Over-Voltage Protection Switch is designed for the power path in USB Type-C^®/Power Delivery (PD) applications. The FPF2188L has a single-input single-output (SISO) power path. The power path (V_BUS to V_OUT) is an active-low, 28V/6A-rated power MOSFET switch that supports an internal clamp for surge protection, selectable OVP by GPIO.
