TBS60x 6A Bridge Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor TBS60x 6A Bridge Rectifiers come in a compact TBS package with glass passivated junction. These rectifiers have a repetitive peak reverse voltage from 600V to 1000V and are ideal for automated placement. Taiwan Semiconductor TBS60x 6A Bridge Rectifiers have a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and come with matte tin-plated leads that are solderable per J-STD-002. These rectifiers are RoHS compliant and halogen-free. The devices are ideal for switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), adapters, TVs, and monitors.
