AD-PAARRAY3552R-SL Reference Design Board

Analog Devices Inc. AD-PAARRAY3552R-SL Reference Design Board is designed to cover full T_x signal chains with integrated MCU and user-friendly GUI for quick and easy integration. This board combines the AD3553R high-speed, dual-channel, 16-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) to support the ultrafast sub-µs voltage settling time of GaN gates. The AD-PAARRAY3552R-SL reference design board supports a wide range of gate bias voltages from -10V to +10V. This board features a configurable power-up and power-down sequence, enhancing flexibility and control over operational procedures.
