DML1012ALDSQ Single-Channel Smart Load Switch

Diodes Inc. DML1012ALDSQ Single-Channel Smart Load Switch offers a very low on-resistance in a small package. It contains an N-channel MOSFET for up to V_BIAS = 1.5V input-voltage operation and a 6A channel with a 3.2V to 5.5V bias supply. A low-voltage control signal controls the DML1012ALDSQ Smart Load Switch through the ON pin. The device is ideal for reliable power sequencing and power rail control in automotive applications, including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), infotainment platforms, and display clusters.
