The IXYS DMA80I1600HA Single-Diode Rectifiers offer 1600V maximum repetitive reverse blocking voltage, 80A average forward current, and 1.55V forward voltage drop. DMA80I1600HA Rectifiers are designed for use as a diode for main rectification and for use in single- and three-phase bridge configurations.
