These STMicroelectronics 100V Schottky rectifiers are designed for switch mode power supply and high frequency DC to DC converters. Packaged in PowerFLAT™, these devices are intended for use low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling, by-pass diode, and polarity protection applications. Their low profile is especially designed for applications with space-saving constraints.
