Texas Instruments TPS62A212EVM-059 Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPS62A212EVM-059 Evaluation Module is developed to evaluate and test the performance of the TPS62A2xx‑Q1 automotive synchronous step‑down converter. The module converts an input voltage range of 2.7V to 6.0V into a regulated 1.2V output with high accuracy, enabling evaluation of high-current DC/DC designs up to 12A.

The TI TPS62A212EVM-059 supports multiple devices within the TPS62A2xx-Q1 family, including 8A, 10A, and 12A converters. The Evaluation Module features configurable switching frequency, selectable output voltage, and adjustable compensation settings to support detailed performance characterization and optimization. The EVM facilitates flexible evaluation with selectable operating modes, including fixed-frequency PWM and light-load power-save modes.
