STMicroelectronics STM32WBA2 32-Bit Wireless Microcontrollers (MCUs) support the latest protocols (including BLUETOOTH® LE, IEEE 802.15.4, Zigbee®, and Thread) within a compact, energy‑efficient architecture. Designed for cost‑ and power‑sensitive wireless designs, the STMicroelectronics STM32WBA2 MCUs combine a 64MHz Arm® Cortex®‑M33 with TrustZone®, 512KB flash, and 96KB RAM. These MCUs are available in 32‑pin and 48‑pin UFQFPN packages as well as a 37‑pin WLCSP option. Fully compliant with RED and U.S. security standards, the STM32WBA2 line meets strict regulatory requirements, ensuring reliable global deployment.
