STMicroelectronics LDL112 Low-Dropout Linear Regulators

STMicroelectronics LDL112 Low-Dropout Linear Regulators are stabilized with a ceramic capacitor on the output and provide a maximum 1.2A current with a typical 300mV dropout voltage. The LDL112 features a very low drop voltage, low quiescent current, and reverse current protection for low-power battery-powered applications. The enable logic control function puts the LDL112 in shutdown mode allowing a total current consumption lower than 1μA. The device is equipped with current limit and thermal protection.
