Power Integrations LYTSwitch-6 LED Lighting Drivers

Power Integrations LYTSwitch™-6 Lighting Drivers are highly integrated with a compact footprint and low standby power. These LED drivers are up to 94% efficient across the load range and deliver a flicker-free output of up to 65W. Power Integrations LYTSwitch-6 drivers use a multi-mode quasi-resonant (QR)/continuous conduction mode (CCM) flyback controller, and a 650V or 725V MOSFET. These LED drivers feature secondary-side control, and a synchronous rectification driver, and offer up to 94% efficiency.

The LYTSwitch-6 drivers provide exceptional constant voltage (CV)/constant current (CC) accuracy and accurate output current sensing. These drivers also provide FluxLink, HIPOT-isolated, and feedback links. The LYTSwitch-6 drivers are protected by an advanced thermal foldback system which prevents overheating while delivering as much light as thermally possible in any circumstance or installation. These LED drivers are designed for use in smart LED lighting, high-voltage flyback post regulators, lighting ballasts, and isolated off-line LED drivers.

The LYT6078C, LYT6079C, and LYT6070C ICs are PowiGaN™ technology-based ICs that feature a 750V power switch and deliver flicker-free output from 90W to 110W.
