NXP Semiconductors LPC540 32-bit Microcontrollers

NXP Semiconductors LPC540 32-bit Microcontrollers combine a 180MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with a power-efficient and unique architecture, advanced HMI, and flexible communication peripherals, delivering real-time performance for next-generation IoT applications. Featuring flexibility with a quad SPI flash interface, CAN, graphic LCD, and up to 11 channels for FlexComm, NXP LPC540 MCUs provide the ability to adapt as requirements change. Compatibility within the series enables the LPC540 MCU family to provide a seamless migration path for increasing processing power and adding the flexibility of additionally advanced peripherals.

LPC540 MCUs feature SRAM up to 360KB, a quad SPI Flash interface, Ethernet support, a TFT LCD controller, and two CAN FD modules while striking the right balance between feature integration and power efficiency, achieving an active mode current of 100µA/MHz. LPC540 Microcontrollers are offered in TFBGA180, TFBGA100, LQFP208, and LQFP100 packages for design flexibility.
