Microchip Technology AVR16LA Microcontrollers (MCUs)
Microchip Technology AVR16LA Microcontrollers (MCUs) integrate an AVR CPU and a hardware multiplier and run at clock speeds up to 20MHz. These MCUs incorporate 16kB of flash memory, 2kB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The AVR16LA MCUs feature a flexible and low-power architecture that includes an Event System, accurate analog subsystems, advanced digital peripherals, and a peripheral touch controller. These MCUs are available in 14-, 20-, 28-, and 32-pin packages. Typical applications include wearable devices, consumer electronics, home automation, industrial and medical devices, battery-powered sensors, and automotive HMI.
