Johanson Technology 2450DP14B7200 and 2450DP14B7200T-AEC RF Diplexers include commercial and automotive (AEC-Q200 qualified) versions. These 2400MHz to 2500MHz or 6200MHz to 8200MHz passband diplexers operate over a -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range.
