Eaton SMC Thyristors

Eaton SMC Thyristors eliminate overvoltage caused by fast-rising transients and offer lower capacitance and low on-state voltage. These devices provide a quick response to surge voltages (ns level) and are capable of absorbing transient surges. They are UL 497B recognized and come in a low-profile SMB package that meets moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 1. Typical applications for Eaton SMC Thyristors include consumer electronics, telecommunications, computing and servers, and networking equipment.
