EAO Emergency Stop (E-Stop) Switches
EAO Emergency Stop (E-Stop) Switches ensure the safety of operators with consistent, predictable, and controlled responses. These switches are distinguished by their vibrant red actuators, industry-compliant yellow bodies, and fool-proof design for added user protection. These durable and rugged components are suitable for harsh environments and provide immediate and reliable shutdown in critical situations through safe/positive break contacts. The E-Stop switches incorporate innovative designs like mono-block or fail-safe contacts, which enhance end-user safety by rendering the application ineffective. These switches are available with cohesive single units with built-in switch elements or with separate actuators and elements for plug-in, ribbon cable, or PCB terminal connections.EAO E-Stop switches are compliant with ISO 13850 (EN418), EN IEC 60947-5-1, and EN IEC 60947-5-5. The switches are sealed to IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP69K for protection against oil and water and are available in a variety of sizes. Applications include machinery, transportation, lifting/moving, medical equipment, industrial X-ray machines, packaging equipment, food processing, applications, compressors, printing equipment, and warehouse automation.
