Diodes Incorporated AH49F Linear Hall Effect Sensor IC
Diodes Incorporated AH49F Linear Hall Effect Sensor IC operates by the magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. The supply voltage is set by the output voltage and varies in proportion to the strength of the magnetic field. The device has been optimized for supply voltages of 3V to 8V. The integrated circuitry features low noise output, eliminating the need for external filtering components. The design includes precision resistors to offer increased temperature stability and accuracy. To help prevent over voltage damage, AH49F can withstand up to 50V instantaneous transient voltage between its VCC to GND. In addition, AH49F's high ESD withstand capability improves the reliability and robustness during manufacturing and operations. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, the AH49F Linear Hall Effect Sensor is well-suited for commercial, consumer, and industrial environments.Features
