CTS Electronic Components Model 616 HCMOS Clock Oscillators

CTS Electronic Components Model 616 HCMOS Clock Oscillators are ultra-low voltage clock oscillators with excellent stability and low phase jitter performance. These oscillators feature a 1MHz to 60MHz frequency range, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V supply voltage, and ±20 to ±50 frequency stability (ppm). The Model 616 clock oscillators are based on fundamental and 3rd overtone crystal designs. These clock oscillators support HCMOS output and are available in a ceramic surface-mount package. The Model 616 oscillators are compliant with RoHS and REACH. Typical applications include wireless communication, networking equipment, data communications, medical devices, navigation systems, GPS, GNSs, Ethernet/GbE/SyncE, and portable devices.
