Broadcom ACPL-675xL Hermetically Sealed Optocouplers
Broadcom ACPL-675xL Hermetically Sealed Optocouplers are single-, dual-, and quad-channel high gain optocouplers that operate at 3.3V, low IF, and wide VCC. These optocouplers are capable of operating and storing over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The series is available in three hermetically sealed package configurations and offer 1500VDC withstand test voltage, 0.5mA low input current, and 0.11V (typical) low output saturation voltage. The waterproof Class H and K devices are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified line. These devices have a 300% minimum CTR at an input current of only 0.5mA, making them ideal for low input current applications. These Broadcom optocouplers are functionally compatible with HCPL-4701/31 and HCPL-070A/31. Applications include military and aerospace, current loop receivers, voltage level shifting, telephone ring detection, high-reliability systems, and isolated input line receivers.Features
