Analog Devices Inc. LTC6363 Low Power Differential Amplifiers
Analog Devices Inc. LTC6363 Low Power Differential Amplifiers are designed with rail-to-rail outputs optimized to drive Successive Approximation Register (SAR) Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs). Analog Devices LTC6363 differential amplifiers feature 2mA maximum supply current, low distortion, 94dB minimum CMRR, fast settling, 100µV maximum offset voltage, and low power shutdown. The LTC6363 are stand-alone differential amplifiers that use four external resistors to set the gain. The LTC6363 differential amplifiers are also available in fixed gain blocks with 0.5V/V, 1V/V, and 2V/V gains using internal matched resistors. These fixed gain differential amplifiers consist of precision laser trimmed on-chip resistors for accurate, ultrastable gain, and excellent CMRR. Typical applications include low power ADC drivers, level shifter, differential line drivers, battery-powered instrumentation, and 20-bit/18-bit/16-bit SAR ADC drivers.
