Analog Devices Inc. ADZS-SC573-EZLITE Eval Kit
Analog Devices ADZS-SC573-EZLITE Evaluation Kit provides the evaluation hardware for the ADSP-SC57x/ADSP-2157x SHARC® processors. The evaluation board includes the ADSP-SC573 SHARC processor with the Super Harvard Architecture. The ADSP-SC573 processor is optimized for use in high-performance, audio/floating-point applications. The ADSP-SC573 SHARC processor offers large on-chip SRAM, multiple internal buses to eliminate I/O bottlenecks, and innovative digital audio interfaces (DAI). The evaluation kit contains the ADSP-SC573 EZ-Board, universal 5V DC power, Ethernet cable, USB cables, ICE-1000 emulator, standoffs and screws, 2GB SD card, and the release notes. On the Board
ADSP-SC573 Dual-Core SHARC+ Processor:
Analog Devices ADSP-SC573 processor is part of the SHARC® family of products. The ADSP-SC573 processor is developed based on the SHARC+ dual-core and the ARM® Cortex-A5TM core. As a member of the SIMD SHARC family of DSPs, the ADSP-SC573 features Super Harvard Architecture. These processors are optimized for use in high-performance audio/floating-point applications. The ADSP-SC573 processors offer large on-chip SRAM, multiple internal buses to eliminate I/O bottlenecks, and innovative digital audio interfaces (DAI).
ADAU1962A 12-Channel, High Performance, 192kHz, 24-Bit DAC:
Analog Devices ADAU1962A high performance, single-chip digital-to-analog converter (DAC) has 12 DACs with differential or single-ended output using the multi-bit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) architecture. A serial peripheral interface (SPI)/I²C port enables a micro-controller to adjust volume as well as other parameters.
ADAU1977 Quad ADC with Diagnostics:
Analog Devices ADAU1977 Quad ADC incorporates four high-performance ADCs with direct-coupled inputs capable of 10Vrms. The ADC uses multi-bit Σ-Δ architecture with a continuous-time front end for low EMI. Built-in diagnostic circuitry detects faults on input lines and includes comprehensive diagnostics for faults on microphone inputs. An on-chip PLL derives the master clock from an external clock input or frame clock (sample rate clock). When fed with a frame clock, the PLL eliminates the need for a separate high-frequency master clock in the system.
ADAU1979 Quad ADC:
Analog Devices ADAU1979 Quad ADC incorporates four high-performance, ADCs with 4.5Vrms capable AC-coupled inputs. ADAU1979 uses a multi-bit Σ-Δ architecture with a continuous-time front end for low EMI.
