Advantech SOM-6820 COM Express® Compact Type 6 Module is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon X-Elite series processors and features up to 12 cores and a 45W TDP. Compared to competitive platforms, the SOM-6820 provides up to 65% greater power efficiency at a fraction of the power. This module supports up to 64GB of LPDDR5x memory and onboard UFS storage of up to 256GB, ensuring excellent data processing performance. Additionally, a broad range of I/O options is offered, including 14x PCIe, 4x USB 3.0, and LAN connectivity, providing maximum configuration flexibility and diverse development requirements. Equipped with Advantech's Quadro Flow Cooling System (QFCS), the SOM-6820 module enables easy assembly and quiet operation. The SOM-6820 combines AI capabilities via the Adreno GPU and the integrated Hexagon NPU to accelerate Edge inference.
