Advantech BitFlow QFi Copper-to-Fiber Converter Module
Advantech BitFlow QFi Copper-to-Fiber Converter Module allows standard CoaXPress cameras to communicate over distances greater than 1km. The Advantech BitFlow QFi module takes standard camera coax cable connections, converts the signal, and outputs it on a fiber optic cable. This fiber optic cable can span many kilometers and is more cost-effective than a copper coax cable. QFi is designed to work with the BitFlow Claxon frame grabber, which simultaneously connects up to four different cameras. The QFi module works with any CXP camera and converts the signals to a standard CoaXPress over Fiber (CoF) stream. QFi supports 1.2Gb/s to 12.5Gb/s camera speeds and camera-to-QFi distances up to 40m.
