Mill-Max 804 Triple Row Spring-Loaded Connectors

Mill-Max 804 Triple Row Spring-Loaded Connectors are long-stroke, through-hole mount connectors on a .100" (2.54mm) grid available in 9 to 96 position configurations. These triple row connectors provide the flexibility of a single connector solution instead of separate single or double row connectors. This flexibility can be useful when the available space allows additional rows but not a longer connector. The triple row connectors also ensure a more consistent pin-to-pin spacing and improved perpendicularity across the field of pins.

The 804 spring-loaded header pins provide 0.45" (1.14mm) of stroke at the working travel and .090" (2.29mm) maximum stroke. Each contact features a 2A continuous, 3A peak current rating with 1,000,000 cycle life durability. These connectors are designed for manual placement into ø0.030" ±0.003" (0.76mm ± 0.0762mm) plated through-holes in the circuit board before soldering. Mill-Max 804 Triple Row Spring-Loaded Connectors are suitable for both wave and reflow soldering processes.
