HMC1114 Evaluation Boards

Analog Devices Inc. HMC1114 Evaluation Boards are used to evaluate the HMC1114 Power Amplifiers operating across a 2.7GHz to 3.8GHz bandwidth. These are developed using RF circuit design techniques, and the boards provide a sufficient number of via holes to connect the top and bottom ground planes. Signal lines with 50Ω impedance connect the package ground leads and exposed paddle directly to the ground plane. Analog Devices Inc. EV1HMC1114LP5D Evaluation Board features the HMC1114LP5DE amplifier, 1μF capacitors, 10μF capacitors, a preform jumper, DC pins, and SMA connectors.
