Dialight 598 Series Mini PLCC LEDs
Dialight 598 Series Mini Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier (PLCC) LEDs are PLCC-configured LEDs with a thin footprint compared to a standard PLCC. These LEDs reduce board space that can be utilized for the same number of indication lights in the designs. The Dialight 598 Mini PLCC series are different-colored LEDs with 20mA forward current, 60mA peak forward current, and 5V reverse voltage. These LEDs operate in a -40°C to 65°C temperature range.
