ADPA9007 2W Power Amplifiers

Analog Devices Inc.  ADPA9007 2W Power Amplifiers  work from DC to 28GHz with  an internally-matched and DC-coupled RF input and output. The Analog Devices Inc. ADPA9007 has an integrated temperature-compensated RF power detector and a built-in temperature sensor. With a gain of 12.5dB, an OP1dB of 33dBm, and an OIP3 of 45dBm from 2GHz to 16GHz, the amplifier operates on a typical 15V supply voltage with an adjustable 500mA bias current.
