Vishay 31GFx Ultrafast Plastic Rectifiers offer high efficiency and high forward surge capability in a DO-201AD package. These rectifiers feature a 30ns maximum reverse recovery time, 10mJ reverse avalanche energy (8/20µs surge), and a single circuit configuration. The 31GFx ultrafast plastic rectifiers come in a glass passivated pallet chip junction with a low forward voltage drop and low switching loss. These commercial-grade rectifiers include matte tin-plated leads and are solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102. The 31GFx ultrafast plastic rectifiers are RoHS-compliant and meet the UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
