PI3USB221 Mux/DeMux Switch ICs
Diodes Incorporated PI3USB221 Mux/DeMux Switch ICs are high-bandwidth switches specially designed to switch high-speed USB-2.0 signals in handsets and consumer applications. The PI3USB221 ICs incorporate 1.1GHz wide bandwidth, allowing signals to pass with minimum edge and phase distortion. Diodes Incorporated multiplexer switches are bi-directional and offer little or no attenuation of the high-speed signals at the outputs. These switch ICs feature low power consumption, high bandwidth, and support overvoltage protection (OVP).
