Diotec Semiconductor P1200x Silicon Rectifier Diodes are standard recovery rectifier diodes that offer low forward voltage drop. These rectifier diodes feature peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of up to 400V and forward voltage (VF) of less than 0.95V. The P1200x standard recovery rectifiers are available in a package smaller than industry standards. These silicon rectifier diodes are capable of providing a high forward surge current.
