HSTx Top/Side-View Surface-Mount Phototransistors

Broadcom  HSTx Top/Side-View Surface-Mount Phototransistors are robust, high-quality phototransistors that are versatile and easy to use. A narrow optic angle focuses light into the phototransistor die, resulting in higher light sensitivity and cutting off stray light from the side. The HST9 parts have a wide spectral range of sensitivity of 730nm to 1140nm with peak sensitivity at 940nm. HST6 peaks at 630nm. The package can be operated under various environmental conditions, making it ideal for multiple industrial and consumer applications.
