CMPA0760020F Amplifier

MACOM CMPA0760020F Amplifier is a 25W package MMIC HPA utilizing high performance, 0.15um GaN on SiC production process. This amplifier achieves 25W of saturated output power with 21dB of significant signal gain and typically 36% power-added efficiency under CW operation. This amplifier features CW operation, 25W Psat, 36% PAE, and 21dB LSG. The CMPA0760020F amplifier operates at 31V drain voltage, 3A drain current, 20mA gate current, and 225°C junction temperature. The CMPA0760020F amplifier is packaged in a bolt-down flange and offers superior performance in a thermally enhanced package to improve SWaP-C benchmarks in their next-generation systems. This CMPA0760020F amplifier is ideally used in electronic warfare, military communications, ISM amplifiers, and EMC amplifiers.
