The 4LS sensors are available in 5k, 10k, and 15k resolutions. The ams OSRAM 4LS High-speed line scan image sensors feature a low noise pixel with true CDS and global shutter, allowing fully pipelined readout and integration. These sensors also feature configurable output bandwidth and high speed up to 119 kLines/s x 4 lines at full resolution. The ams OSRAM 4LS High-speed line scan image sensors can be used in applications such as high-end web inspection, food sorting, and print inspection.
