NJG181x SPDT Switches

Nisshinbo NJG1815K75 SPDT Switch is a 1-bit single-pole double-throw control switch optimized for WLAN applications. The NJG1815K75 features low insertion loss, high isolation for high frequency up to 6GHz, and high handling power performance at 1.8V control voltage. The device includes integrated electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection on each port for excellent ESD robustness.
