M29Wx Flash Memory Devices

Alliance Memory M29Wx Flash Memory Devices are non-volatile memory devices that can be read, erased, and reprogrammed. On power-up, the memory defaults to its Read mode where it can be read in the same way as a ROM or EPROM. The M29Wx memory devices operate at 2.7V to 3.6V supply voltage range (V_CC) and feature erase/suspend/resume operation, unlock bypass program command, and 64-bit common Flash interface. These memory devices offer temporary block unprotection mode, low power consumption with standby and automatic modes, and 100,000 program/erase cycles per block.
