YBS22 Bridge Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor YBS22 Bridge Rectifiers are 2.2A glass passivated rectifiers. These rectifiers operate in 400V to 1000V voltage range and -55ºC to +160ºC temperature range. The YBS22 rectifiers are RoHS compliant, lead-free, and are ideal for automated placement. Other features include high surge current capability and reliable low-cost construction utilizing molded plastic technique. Applications include tv, monitor, adapters, and switching mode power supply.
