NXB0102 Dual Supply Translating Transceiver

Nexperia NXB0102 Dual Supply Translating Transceiver is a 2-bit dual supply translating transceiver with auto direction sensing that enables bidirectional voltage level translation. This transceiver features two 2-bit input-output ports (An and Bn), one Output Enable input (OE), and two supply pins (V_CC(A) and V_CC(B)). The NXB0102 transceiver operates at 1.2V to 3.6V V_CC(A) and 1.65V to 5.5V V_CC(B) wide supply voltage range. This transceiver provides I_OFF circuitry for partial-power-down mode operation and features -40°C to 85°C and -40°C to 125°C specified temperature ranges.
