SP4010-02HTG 0.48pF TVS Diode Array

Littelfuse SP4010-02HTG 0.48pF TVS Diode Array offers extremely low off-state capacitance and is ideal for protecting high-speed signal lines (USB3.0, HDMI, USP2.0, eSATA). The diode integrates two channels of ultra-low capacitance asymmetrical protection for electronic equipment that might experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). Without performance degradation, the component can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum contact level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (±30kV contact discharge). The SP4010-02HTG TVS Diode Array is AEC-Q101 qualified.
