TMUX7612 4-Channel Precision Multiplexers

Texas Instruments TMUX7612 4-Channel Precision Multiplexers are Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) switch devices featuring four independently selectable 1:1 Single-Pole, Single-Throw (SPST) switch channels. These modules work with a 4.5V to 50V single voltage supply range, ±4.5V to ±25V dual voltage supply, or an asymmetric dual supply such as V_DD = 37.5V, V_SS = 12.5V. The series supports bidirectional analog and digital signals on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins ranging from V_SS to V_DD. The switches are controlled with appropriate logic control inputs on the SELx pins, and the special architecture enables ultra-low charge injection. This feature helps prevent unwanted coupling from the control input to the analog output of the device and lowers AC noise and offset errors.
