Mold IR Receiver Modules

Vishay IR Receiver Modules in a Mold package feature best transmission distance and a multitude of mechanical options. They are ideal for set-top box applications.They are miniaturized IR receiver modules for infrared remote control systems. A PIN diode and a preamplifier are assembled on a lead frame and the epoxy package contains an IR filter.
